Strategic Ambition
Our journey towards becoming the leading provider of digital inclusion services across Cambridgeshire
In 2025, we helped over 2,000 individuals improve their digital skills and increase their confidence in engaging online. Together with our IT partner Sustainable Tech 4 Good, we also gifted over £32,000 of equipment to those in need, including refugees, the elderly and infirm, students, single parent families, and other charities who needed a more modern device to deliver their support services.

— New Contact Centre launched to widen and deepen support available to users

— Announcement of '500 Mobiles Campaign' aimed at collecting and redistributing unwanted mobile devices

— New website launched featuring improved functionality, downloadable materials, and third-party signposting

— First guest speaker event held in Cambridge, highlighting issues around digital poverty and exclusion

Ambitious goals to deepen our impact across the county
2,500 residents to be supported face-to-face across the county
690 free sessions to be hosted in public venues and accessible spaces
800 additional individuals to be supported remotely
Specialist intervention programmes to continue in secondary schools and residential homes
£40,000 of free digital equipment to be donated to those in need
