Cambridge Online
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about working with us
How can my organisation partner with Cambridge Online?
We welcome partnerships of all kinds — from hosting walk-in sessions at your venue to donating equipment, providing funding, or establishing referral pathways. Get in touch and we'll discuss how we can work together to increase digital inclusion in your community.
Can we host a walk-in session at our venue?
Yes! We're always looking for accessible community venues to host our free digital support sessions. If you have suitable space with internet access, we'd love to hear from you. We provide the volunteers and equipment — you provide the space.
How can we refer someone to your services?
We welcome referrals from councils, charities, health services, housing associations, and any other organisation. Simply call us on 01223 800450, email help@cambridgeonline.org.uk, or visit our contact page. Let us know the person's needs and we'll arrange the right support.
Do you work with public sector organisations?
Absolutely. We work closely with local councils, libraries, NHS services, and other public bodies across Cambridgeshire. Whether it's a formal partnership, a referral arrangement, or a one-off project, we're happy to explore how we can collaborate to support your service users.
