Marcus has forty years’ experience leading multiple organisations through change, including leading international charities. He is committed to improving the lives of others through innovative thinking and bold strategies. He has also chaired his local parish council for the last 5 years.

Alba has over 10 years’ experience in education, social impact, and customer service, including managing teams and delivering community-focused support. She is passionate about improving engagement and outcomes for communities and is committed to reducing digital exclusion and creating meaningful, lasting impact.

Taron has 7 years’ experience in the charity sector across face-to-face, tech & creative roles, as an employee & volunteer. In his current role as Office Manager at Cambridge Online, he ensures our equipment, systems & website run smoothly. He is passionate about supporting others, strengthening communities & delivering digital inclusion.

Administrator

Our administrator since 1999, soon after the charity formed. Has seen us grow into today’s organisation. Manages emails, phone enquiries & general office admin. She is also secretary of a disabled social group, organising outings & meetups. Living with a disability, she is passionate about reducing isolation through digital technology.

A Lithuanian community leader, wife & mother of three, she has been actively involved in Peterborough’s community since moving to the UK in 2016. As founder & chair of SOS.LT, she supports migrant communities through guidance, wellbeing & engagement. She is passionate about connection, inclusion & giving voice to unheard stories.

Chair of Trustees

Caroline is a former Chief Executive of an educational charity & currently holds several non-executive roles in the charitable sector. She has held senior roles in public bodies, with extensive experience in strategy, governance & stakeholder relationships. Her background is in engineering, utilities & Cambridge-based technology firms.

Anne Campbell

Anne Campbell

Driven by social justice, with extensive governance experience across charitable, community & public sectors as a Chair, trustee & non-executive Director. Skilled in strategy, executive support, change management, relationship-building, media relations & continuous professional development, with over 20 years as a public representative.

Hilary Cooper

Hilary Cooper

A former government economist and senior policy maker, with extensive knowledge of social inclusion policy, and board level oversight of governance and risk. Freelance work since leaving the civil service has focused on the societal challenges of ageing, including digital exclusion. Previously a school governor and Trustee of an arts-based charity.

Winny Li

Winny is deeply committed to community impact, serving as a trustee & Non-Executive Director, advancing charities, education & digital inclusion. Group Treasurer at PPD (Thermo Fisher Scientific), she brings 28 years’ global experience. Cambridge-educated, she trained at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte and worked at Viacom.
